  My family and I regularly purchase games here and we are members of the GameStop power-up rewards program. One of our younger family members had a bathroom emergency while we were in the store purchasing some items. The staff refused to let us use the bathroom. When we asked the staff member to reconsider because our child is at an age where making it home first was not going to be an option, the staff member appeared angry and quoted me something from the corporate policy about not letting customers use the bathroom. Fortunately, we found another store around the corner that does let customers use the bathroom. We bought our items here instead of GameStop, where they will most likely always be less expensive, and the selection is significantly greater.

  Every time I visit this place the staff is always friendly. I am greeted every time I walk in. All the staff members are very educated when it comes to answering any questions I may have. Absolutely love this store
