  Some items that are normally higher at Chain Drug Stores are higher at HT. (Ex. Starbucks Frapo. , Anna's Cookies). Luigi Icee's Watermelon Flavor slot nearly always empty while the other Luigi flavors slots are full. Why not order more of what appears to be the best seller. Store becoming very crowded. Added a Starbucks, Pharmacy, Hot&Cold food bars without adding more floor space. More displays in aisles, harder to navigate. Love the location of store and would hate to go someplace. Use handicap motorized cart but it is getting harder and harder to navigate through the store. Better planning before adding all of the new services.

  Poor customer service. Only self checkout was available for 8 customers, some of whom had a buggy full of groceries. Justin, who was working that area was doing a great job helping, while I didn’t see anyone else trying to help. Good job for Justin, at least!
