  Ryan at the customer service desk, did a great job. I confronted him with an item that had been returned and I wanted to purchase it a a discounted price. Beyond the currently discounted price of all this type of item. I wanted a further discount because it appeared to be missing parts. Ryan called over the other customer service folks and asked them, but they had no authority, they said call a manager. So he did. The manager in turn had him call a department head. (Very disappointing that the manager did not come and resolve the situation ) eventually someone from the department came. While waiting on th at person Ryan took some initiative and checked the package and found that all the parts were there. I bought the product at that moment, because he looked for a resolution. I would hire him for my company because he was looking out for his employer and the customer. Good job Home Depot on hiring Ryan. Sincerely, Mark Vaughn
